G. H. Financials Wins the 2015 Futures and Options World International Award For Non-Bank Futures Commission Merchant Of The Year, for Second Year in a Row

London, 09 December, 2015 G. H. Financials (“GHF”), a leading independent clearing provider of exchange-traded derivatives, has been named as Non-Bank Futures Commission Merchant (“FCM”) of the year by Futures and Options World (“FOW”). This will be the second consecutive year the clearing firm has won the award.

The FOW International Awards recognise the best and brightest in a range of industry categories. The winner of the Non-Bank FCM of the Year category had to demonstrate tangible innovations and growth over the past year.

During the period under consideration, GHF cleared close to 270,000,000 contracts, expanded its customer base and launched a number of innovative solutions for its customers. GHF also became one of the few non-bank General Clearing Members of Eurex and a Participant of the Hong Kong Clearing Corporation (“HKCC”) and the Hong Kong Futures Exchange (“HKFE”). In addition, GHF was accepted as the first ever remote clearing member of ASX Clear (Futures), and also as a trading member of ASX 24.
